As you embark upon this journey with us, we would like to gently remind you that this journey is not a 1 month all out workout sprint. It is not an intensive 1 week bootcamp, after which you can go back to your old lifestyle habits. There is no magic slimming pill, neither is FITIZEN a one-stop solution for everything you need to get fit.
Fitness will have to be a daily and constant thing that has to be incorporated into your weekly routine, both aspects of exercise and nutrition. Small changes in your life will have to be made. It has to be a lifelong process of discipline, change and consistency. Remember, Consistency is key. It’s alright if you fall once in a while. Our goal is not for fast progress, but rather a slow and consistent exercise habit that you can develop and stick to, regardless of how your schedule may change over the years.
If you have managed to read and agree to all that, CONGRATULATIONS!! You’re now officially a FITIZEN.

Paul Chong is extremely dedicated to fitness, and this really shows not only through his own motivation to get active, but through the way he trains people as well. We all have times that we feel lazy and tired, but he will get you pumped up and ready to exercise, and teach you all the right techniques and tricks. I have loved training beside him, with his bubbly can-do personality, and would not be at my current level if it weren't for his excellent motivational and technical skills and knowledge.
